📦 Return & Refund Policy
At B2icommerce.com, we give utmost importance to our customers’ satisfaction and trust. Our products are shipped from different local regions of China by Air and By Sea. Sometimes, during customs and additional security checks, the cartons are opened, which can result in the product being damaged or defective. In such situations, we give top priority to customer complaints and try to resolve them quickly.
✅ Cases in which refunds are given:
Product damaged / not received – Claims must be made with pictures within 2 days of receiving the product.
If there is a discrepancy between the product description given on the site and the product received.
If the size and color you ordered do not match.
(Note: 5%-10% color difference due to lighting and screen resolution is not refundable)
No warranty is applicable on electronic products.
If a refund is issued, we refund the money within a maximum of 7 working days.
❌ Cases where returns or refunds are not applicable:
If the product is not delivered due to your mistake in purchasing.
If you change your preference or do not need it after the product arrives at our warehouse in Bangladesh.
We are not responsible for damaged products due to opening the carton or inspection by customs.
Once the product is released from the supplier’s warehouse, returns are not possible.
(However, if you want to return it to our warehouse in unused condition, the customer will have to bear the cost of returning the product to the supplier and the shipping cost.)
If the product exceeds 40 days for By Air and 90 days for By Sea, the refund will be considered conditional.
